Aurionz Creative was born out of frustration.
After sending 372 job applications and getting only two interviews, I kept seeing the same line: "We've decided to move in a different direction." Eventually, I realized I was moving in a different direction too — just not the one they expected. So instead of waiting for a "no" that never came, I built my own.
Somewhere in all that rejection, I started noticing something about the industry itself — too many people were focused on surface-level design. Everything looked good, but very little actually worked. In a world that's completely digital, design without direction doesn't get you anywhere.
